We are a family-style run business operating an elevated, international hospitality venue on the picturesque Andros Island, Greece. Our team is comprised of passionate individuals who are dedicated to creating memorable moments for our guests while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Our Ethos:
Mèlisses is a home away from home for the curious mind on the wild isle of Andros. Founded by Italian-born creative director Allegra Pomilio, the ethos of Mèlisses is to embrace the mindset and flair of the Mediterranean: slow living, taking in the seasons and bringing together a community of like-minded souls. With a small team at the helm, no detail goes unturned. From delicious meals thoughtfully crafted in the kitchen to our curated guide to the island, we aim to celebrate all Greece has to offer. While we operate as a bed and breakfast, we also love to host scenic outdoor suppers during the summer to connect and come together over beautiful plates and views.
We host about 10 curated retreats per year, involving unique personalities in the food and art world.
