Hellenic Properties is a real estate investment & development company targeting value-add opportunities in Greece. With experience in both ground-up (greenfield) developments as well as redevelopment projects, the company’s portfolio includes assets worth over €85 million in value across four sectors: office buildings, residential, logistics and hospitality. We embrace a tailored design-led practice that focuses primarily on the renewal and modernization of existing buildings.
